Full demolition of existing 6,070 square foot classroom spaces to new updated vocational studios, state of the art computer labs and gallery spaces furnished with LED light fixtures, Lutron Grafik Eye lighting controls, sound baffles, floor to ceiling glazing panels, fresh and modern millwork package, access controls, Cat6A network cabling, up to date fire alarm, fire sprinkler and HVAC systems.
