Art Center College of Design Bruce Heavin Production Studio

Converted existing basement level into a state of the art sound proof film stage with a live action studio that consist of audio/visual technology, sound isolation rooms, editing bays and viewing lounge.
New structural beams were hoisted and installed at concrete ceiling to support the weight of (5) new Prodigy Lighting Rigs/Hoists. New low voltage and line voltage systems were provided for the new lighting hoists, theatre controls, equipment panels, distribution strips, outlet stations and rack enclosures. All mechanical and fire protection systems were redesigned and modified to accommodate the challenging layout.
